Directions

I like this product and it seems to do what they say, but it's a bit expensive in the single bottle. I will buy when on sale and hopefully it keeps working for me. I am sleeping better and my night sweats have gone.

I like the product but I don't really like taking so many capsules. Cant wait to go from 3 a day to 2 a day and I will keep taking. I have to admit that I have already seen some improvement in sleep and moods and it's only been 2 weeks, so i do like it so far.
